365 Days Return Policy

We are committed to provide you with excellent products and we are confident of the quality we sell. This is why we are offering all our customers with 365 Day Return option. In the unlikely event if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 365 days and we will offer you a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked. This includes for orders made internationally and is only available for orders made by the general public. This option is not valid for trade or contract based orders.

For this to take place the product must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened in resalable condition.

You are responsible for the return and insuring the cost of the item until they are received by us. We advise you to use tracking postal service as any lost items will not be our liability. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, then no refund will be made. We will advise you in writing or by email within 14 days once we have received the item.

In addition, during the next 28 days (after receiving the items) the goods will be retained by us and be available for inspection by any relevant parties. Unless subject to any further legal claims, the items will be destroyed or at the request of the customer returned to them at their expense. For any goods returned back in parts, we will refund you proportionally at the item value.

In the event of an item arriving in damaged condition, or where there are any missing items, you will have 48 hours to inform us. After this period we will not be able to deal with any claims related to damaged or missing items.

All returns should be sent back by the agreed method of filling our return form which can be found in our website.

 

Order Not Received

If you have ordered a product but it is not received in the specified time period, you should submit your claim within 30 days to our customer care team. After the 30 days claims are not accepted.

Nothing containing within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
