Our web development team has made sure this website is correct. If we have made an error, please let us know as soon as possible and we will correct it.
- You can cancel your order within 21 days of receiving it.
- If you cancel the order, please return it to us in the condition it was received. This means un-used, not opened, and still in its original pack.
- We do not store you payment card/credit details.
- We do not use your personal contact details (i.e. name, address and telephone) for anything other than getting the orders to you.
- We update you of our offers, products via email you have provided us. If you do not wish us to email you about our offers, please use our contact page in Contact Us section of our website.

We have taken every care in making sure the content, and the quoted prices are correct at time of publication and that all items have been correctly described. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission from ourselves. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have special rights as a consumer when you shop from home. You may cancel your order within 21 days of receiving your purchase. Details of this can be found below:
365 Days Return Policy
We are committed to provide you with excellent products and we are confident of the quality we sell. This is why we are offering all our customers with 365 Day Return option. In the unlikely event if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 365 days and we will offer you a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked. This includes for orders made internationally and is only available for orders made by the general public. This option is not valid for trade or contract based orders.
For this to take place the product must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened in resalable condition.
You are responsible for the return and insuring the cost of the item until they are received by us. We advise you to use tracking postal service as any lost items will not be our liability. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, then no refund will be made. We will advise you in writing or by email within 14 days once we have received the item.
In addition, during the next 28 days (after receiving the items) the goods will be retained by us and be available for inspection by any relevant parties. Unless subject to any further legal claims, the items will be destroyed or at the request of the customer returned to them at their expense. For any goods returned back in parts, we will refund you proportionally at the item value.
In the event of an item arriving in damaged condition, or where there are any missing items, you will have 48 hours to inform us. After this period we will not be able to deal with any claims related to damaged or missing items.
All returns should be sent back by the agreed method of filling our return form which can be found in our website.
Nothing containing within these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered are not in stock. Where you have paid for an item and there is no stock available, we will refund you in full.
Extent of Liability
Textile And Linen Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We reserve the right at any time to:
- Change or revise our prices
- Withdraw our product ranges
- Add or remove our trade section
- Add, remove or modify payment and checkout facility.
- Change delivery and carrier methods.
- Modify the website both in terms of design, layout and content.
We shall not be responsible for any obligation which are outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, damage to equipment or data, failure of third party systems, or to destruction to premises.

A loss will be deemed to be reasonably foreseeable if it could be anticipated by you and us at the time the order was placed. Our liability shall not in any event include loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill or any other indirect or consequential loss associated with our contract with you.
These terms and conditions do not however limit our liability in any way in respect of:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude liability for at law; or
Any matter under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 19987.
The use of pictures have been done for illustration purposes. The Home page (front main page) of our website contain pictures that are for illustration purposes. However, the main product page and what you pay for are the pictures that resemble the items you have purchased.
We regularly compare our prices with our competitors. Where our competitor’s prices are shown, we have added their delivery charges to give you a sub-total of the price you have to pay, if you would have shopped with them. This is for indication purposes only and we highly recommend you to use other price comparison websites to form a judgment as to which shop/store is the best place to buy from.
